This selection contains all the meats to make the perfect cured meat platter and some! You will have all the sliced meats for a couple sittings (Christmas and NYE!) just serve along with you favourite Anti-pasta sides. Use the Pancetta for a warming Carbonara on a dark night or dice into your sprouts on Christmas day! Get your imagination going on what to do with the Nduja, maybe roast with your potatoes or smear all over that Turkey.

Ham selection, with 360g sliced meat total as follows:
2 x Bresaola 60g- Sliced Bresaola cured with herbs, balsamic vinegar, which give a refreshing tang. It is a great way to experience British beef.
2 x Coppa 60g -Sliced Coppa. This cured marbled pork collar is a great showcase for flavoursome, well raised British pork. Matured for 2-3 months, this cut develops a rich flavour.
2 x Lomo 60g - Sliced Lomo. A simple air-dried ham - using the eye of the pork loin, flavoured with garlic and Hungarian paprika.
Salami Selection, with 360g sliced meat total as follows :
2 x Fennel and Garlic Salami 60g - Sliced Fennel and Garlic Salami. Our take on a classic Italian finocchiona, has a fresh and clean fennel fragrance rounded out with a little garlic.
2 x N1 Soppressata 60g - Sliced N1 Soppressata. Coarsely minced pork salami flavoured with a selection of sweet medium-heat chilli’s and Hungarian Paprika.
2 x Salt and Pepper Salami 60g - Sliced Salt and Pepper Salami. A simple salami allowing the pork to shine!
Nduja 100g- Spicy, Smooth, spreadable salami! Smoked over Oak wood this is the perfect addition to almost every dish. Watch it melt into punchy puddles of Pork fat on a pizza or add to anything in a roasting tray or fry into the sprouts.
Pancetta 200g - A three month matured British Pancetta. Enjoy eating as is or as an ingredient for your cooking.
