Lamb and Goat Salami
Made of course from both British Nanny Goats & British lambs, and mixed with tellicherry black pepper, whole peppercorns, cinammon, rosemary, garlic and red wine. Matured for 5 weeks, for a slightly firmer & drier texture.
This is supplied as a whole piece, so you can easily hand slice it exactly as you like it.
Ingredients: British Lamb, British Goat, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Garlic,
Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate.
Available as a 400g whole piece or 200g half piece.
